If this sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you!About the opportunityWe are seeking an experienced, collaborative and resourceful Technical Product Owner to lead team priorities, product strategy, specify service features and capabilities, and drive the timely delivery of new products. You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish. This role is a remote North American position.Job DutiesAct as the product owner for several software services and maintain visibility of the roadmap and its execution within the business unitCreate and execute on product area vision, driving towards specific business goals through our customer experienceWork with senior management to create product plans, solutions, roadmaps, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for deliveryCraft comprehensive user stories, establish the objectives, strategies, and actions needed to solve our customer's problemsLead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from Discovery, Definition, Design, Development, Deployment and support post-deployment hand off to our operations teamsCollect and analyze feedback from customers, partners and other teams to shape requirements, features and end productEnsure products and releases are launched correctly and on scheduleCollaborate with different Engineering and Product teams across the organization to deliver value through internal tooling, education, and documentationCoordinate release cycle and manage cross-team dependenciesPrioritizing our Customers above all by working directly with them as well as Product, Engineering and Customer Support teams to continually represent and improve the productImprove and expand your skills driven by a continuous desire to learn about new technologies and processesKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAn uncanny ability to take complex technical problems and distill them into coherent frameworks to foster support for technical resourcesActive listener who has a knack for knowing when to share and offer context proactivelyPassion for understanding customer needs and pairing with data and outstanding design to elegantly resolve problems.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom.Experience in product lifecycle managementExperience with Agile software development methodologies and are comfortable describing related technical concepts and capabilitiesYou care deeply about delivering on our brand promise and are excited to immerse yourself in our cultureQualifications Required5+ years of experience in product management in a technical environment/Software development organizationsDeep understanding of Telecoms, specifically when it comes to B2B platforms.Background in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related fieldTechnical knowledge of event-driven architecture, microservices, and API-first platform developmentSelf-starter, team player and results-oriented, able to work under minimal mentorshipBackground in software development and program management is preferredOrganizational and leadership abilitiesExcellent communication skillsCreative thinking skills and problem-solving aptitude The base salary range for this position is $106,470 to $118,300 USD for US residents OR $98,370 to $109,300 CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
