Your Role Support trouble tickets Replicate issues in the lab On-site support for the lab Support the supplier during deployment and upgrades Monitor alarms daily during normal working hours Conduct routing system maintenance and health checks, and work with the Supplier’s Care team to respond to and resolve system defects within agreed contractual SLAs. Create and route trouble tickets to client’s Care as required Monitor and maintain licenses installed on AN products Participate in scheduled project meetings and review calls for care and trouble tickets as needed. Provide first-level support for critical and high-severity issues in the production system by escalating tickets to the Nokia Help Desk support team Your Profile Experience with Nokia analytics products – Traffica, FNI, NA-x Hands-on analytics product experience (Installation/Configuration) Familiarity with IP Networking, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls Exposure to Linux/Unix – Sh/Csh/Bash Shell Scripting ability Exposure to wireshark, tshark, tcpdump, other unix/linux tools Familiarity with Microsoft Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power point) What you will love about working here?
