Technical Onboarding Manager
Position Overview: We're currently seeking a Technical Onboarding Manager to join our team in the EU. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers achieve success with our platform. Your responsibilities will include building strong customer relationships, assisting merchants with their onboarding through calls, helping them with their issues and questions, proactively addressing their needs, and delivering exceptional post-onboarding support.
