They are seeking a Test Engineering Intern to support the design and development of test solutions while gaining hands-on experience in engineering principles and practices.ResponsibilitiesSupport senior engineering personnel in the design, development and selection of basic hardware components utilizing fundamental electrical and mechanical engineering principles, theories and techniquesSupport senior engineering personnel in the design and development of test softwareDevelop and revise technical drawing packages based on examples and company standardsPerform technical assignments of an investigatory, design, or test nature requiring limited analysis and evaluation, selection and application of basic engineering principles, theories and techniquesPerform hands-on troubleshooting, resolution, and implementation of change requests to update the test software/hardware that are critical to keep our production lines movingPrepare charts, diagrams, and reports expressing technical progress and accomplishments measured against specific plansSupport of products ranging from component level to systems level analog, digital, optical, and RF unitsHands-on support and use of test instrumentation, including, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, DC/AC Power Supplies, Waveform Generators, Digital Multimeters, etc.)SkillsPursing a B.S.
