Description: Are you ready to join a growing team? CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Engineer IV opening for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 15 months Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer IV with deep expertise in Splunk architecture and SIEM solutions. This role will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise systems, partnering closely with technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect enterprise-level Splunk and SIEM solutions Lead infrastructure design, system integration, and deployment efforts Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions Establish and enforce technology standards, policies, and best practices Perform system analysis, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and optimization Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external resources Ensure compliance with risk, security, and regulatory standards Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in systems design, engineering, or architecture Advanced expertise in Splunk architecture and SIEM design Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect or Splunk Core Certified Consultant Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture, system lifecycle, and IT service management Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver scalable solutions Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience with enterprise infrastructure, data integration, and complex system development Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Why Join Us? Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
