About the Role: Technical Editor, Mandiant
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Editor to join our Mandiant team. As a Technical Editor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of client deliverable reports and presentations. This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with time in our office, offering the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration. If you're a talented editor with a passion for technical writing and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Edit and format client deliverable reports and presentations to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
Communicate with subject matter experts across multiple time zones to resolve content-related questions and meet deadlines
Manage multiple deliverables while maintaining attention to detail and coherency
Plan and execute various projects as they arise, such as implementing new tools and processes

Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in technical editing and writing, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. Here are the minimum and preferred qualifications we're looking for:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in professional editing and writing in a technical environment
Experience with word processing software, including following templates, applying styles, and formatting documents

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience writing/editing in the cybersecurity industry
Experience with content migration or other major initiatives
Experience in using multiple style guidelines and adhering to brand guidelines
Experience collaborating on graphics and charts in technical content, use of page layout or graphic design software
Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple projects, and scale editing effort based on factors such as urgency and impact
