This role focuses on reviewing, verifying, and improving AI-generated technical documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usefulness for both internal teams and end-users. You will work closely with the development and support teams to maintain high-quality documentation that aligns with product updates, bug fixes, and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Review and verify AI-generated technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.Collaborate with developers and support engineers to understand plugin functionality and workflows.Update and maintain documentation for new features, bug fixes, and integrations.Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability in all technical documents.Assist support team in creating step-by-step guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.Participate in weekly team calls to stay aligned with product updates and customer feedback. Qualifications Proven experience in technical writing/documentation, preferably in software or WordPress plugin environments.Strong understanding of WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, or CSS is a plus.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation tools and ability to verify their output.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working with distributed teams and across time zones.
