Technical Designer (Hybrid Working Style)

**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Designer to join our team in Houston, TX, working on commercial interior design projects. As a Technical Designer, you will play a critical role in bringing design concepts to life, ensuring projects are executed with clarity and precision. You will work in a hybrid setting, spending 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. **Responsibilities:**
As a Technical Designer, you will be responsible for:
• Producing high-quality construction documentation
• Coordinating with consultants and team members
• Administering construction activities
• Solving complex architectural challenges
• Contributing across all phases of a project
• Working collaboratively with the team to create meaningful experiences for clients

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a CIDA or NCARB-accredited school
• 3-8 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in parametric modeling, visualization, and graphic software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Motivation to learn, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
