Our growing client is looking for a Technical Designer – Workplace to help them execute their design projects meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Technical Designer – Workplace Benefits:

• Base salary of $65 – $85k


• Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement

Technical Designer– Workplace Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and construction phase activities


• Conduct existing conditions surveys and prepare architectural base plans


• Review applicable building and accessibility codes


• Assist the design team by researching products and systems


• Prepare construction and biding documents


• Review and process all shop drawing/sample submissions

Technical Designer – Workplace Qualifications:

• BS in Architecture or related field


• Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit


• Experience in Workplace and Corporate Interiors is strongly preferred


• Familiarity with Photoshop and/or InDesign preferred
