Job Description
As a technical designer, you will be building a variety of campaigns for clients in the pharmaceutical industry. These range from simple one-page adverts and marketing emails through to multi-page informational resources and education modules. Your strengths will lie in creating HTML pages from visual designs, ensuring excellent replication and attention to detail. You should have a good working knowledge of JavaScript/ jQuery and be comfortable working with APIs and interactive content.
Technical design implementation:
Experience building websites in HTML/CSS and JavaScript, with a focus on responsive design
An understanding and experience using APIs
Hand-coding HTML based marketing emails
Knowledge of HTML5 banner creation and Google Web Designer
The ability to troubleshoot technical problems
Be willing to support the team with technical issues
Qualifications
Essential:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/ jQuery.
A solid understanding of responsive design and digital accessibility.
Meticulous attention to detail and passion for accuracy in scientific communication.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
A good problem solver
Highly organised and motivated
Strong proofreading skills
Good communication skills
Excellent time management skills
An enthusiastic team player with the desire to exceed expectations
Desirable:
Familiarity with medical content, compliance regulations, and the pharmaceutical industry
Experience/ interest in visual design
Experience with GIT version control
Additional Information
May be required to work UK shift hours.
