Technical Customer Support Representative

LOCATION: Wilmington, Ohio – Fully Remote | Applicants must currently reside in Ohio, Texas, California, or Oregon to be considered
SALARY: $18.00/hr.
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (EST Zone) | Long-term

THE ROLE
The Technical Support Specialist will work directly with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve application and product issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-initiative, excellent listening skills, and provide exceptional customer service to resolve each issue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer customer questions by phone, email, or chat.
• Help customers use products and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Record customer interactions in the system.
• Work with teammates to resolve customer concerns.
• Provide training to new and existing customers as needed while working on support tickets
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• 5 years in managing complex client relationships.
• Experience with various CRM tools
• Clear communication skills.
• A positive, problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in Google-based programs
