As a Technical Customer Experience Representative, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our customers feel supported and safe. With a starting hourly rate of $20 and opportunities to increase your earnings based on performance and schedule, it's a role that not only rewards your skills but also your dedication. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiries, ensuring a first-call resolution whenever possible. Provide top-tier support to all customers, educating them on system installation and use, and assisting in troubleshooting. Utilize your problem-solving skills to address customer issues and concerns, ensuring their happiness and success. Make outbound calls to current customers to address issues, when needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer care. Work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills. What You'll Bring: Skills and Qualities for Success A proven track record in a phone-based customer service or call center position, with a demonstrated ability to understand and determine root causes to customer issues. Comfort with technology and the ability to provide technical assistance for consumer electronics, ensuring you're equipped to handle a wide range of customer inquiries. A strong work ethic and drive to contribute to company goals, with a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness for continuous improvement. Clear and effective phone communication skills, ensuring all customer issues are resolved efficiently. Essential Qualifications and Certifications To be eligible for this role, you must be able to obtain certification as an electronic security employee, which involves submitting your fingerprints to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) for a national and Virginia criminal history search.
