Technical Content Writer

Job Summary: As a Technical Content Writer, you’ll create clear, engaging documentation and tutorials that simplify complex SaaS features. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft user guides, release notes, and “how-to” content that enhances product understanding and user experience. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain product documentation including: User guides and knowledge base articles Product feature documentation Release notes and “What’s New” updates Product tours and walkthroughs Develop “How-to” videos , tutorials, and quick-start demos that simplify product usage. Work with product and marketing teams to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and accuracy across all content. Continuously improve documentation based on feedback from internal teams and customers. Quickly learn new tools, products, and technologies to translate technical information into accessible content. Must-Have Skills 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Content Specialist, or similar role in a SaaS or tech start-up environment . Proven ability to create user guides, release notes, and video tutorials . Good understanding of documentation tools is a plus (such as Readme, Intercom). Experience with video creation tools (such as Loom). Excellent command of written English with a focus on clarity, consistency, and accuracy . Fast learner with a strong willingness to explore and adopt new tools and workflows. High attention to detail and a mindset for precision and quality . Nice-to-Have Skills Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and SaaS product workflows . Familiarity with HTML, Markdown , or other documentation formats. Experience using AI-assisted writing or video tools . Knowledge of content analytics or documentation feedback loops.
