About the Role

· We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with deep subject matter expertise in commercial and syndicated lending. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and our technical engineering teams. You will be responsible for translating complex lending requirements into technical specifications, mapping data architectures, and ensuring the successful delivery of new models and downstream integrations.

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Systems Analyst within the banking, financial services, or commercial lending domain.

· Minimum 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ.

· Proven experience navigating and querying the Loan IQ underlying relational database.

· Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.

· Strong foundational knowledge of corporate lending, syndicated loans, agency functions, and bilateral loans.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Undergraduate degree from top 50 universities.

· Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
