Main Responsibilities Be responsible for the full cycle recruitment in IT teams;Conduct HR (competency-based) interviews - identify candidates cultural and professional fit for the position;Collaborate and support hiring managers in all things related to recruitment cycle;Be an expert of company products and have a deep understanding about hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements;Be adept at analyzing and working with recruitment data;Proactively investigate new ideas to create innovative recruitment strategies;Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool. Core Requirements At least 2 years of successful recruiting experience in IT;Experience working with recruitment tools and social platforms ;Solid understanding of recruitment metrics;Analytical skills (ability to analyze, identify and track performance);Highly organized and tech-savvy personality;Positive and can-do attitude;Eagerness to try new things and think outside-the-box;Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment;Clear and effective communication;Data driven approach;Fluency in English.
