Tech Support Rep Remote

Technical Support Reps require a mix of customer support and entry-level technical knowledge. Ability to answer support requests from customers, escalate potential technical issues, providing feedback on basic product functionality questions, and appropriately routing non-support related requests to a higher level of expertise.
