Our offices are located in downtown Manhattan.About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated Recruiter to join us on a contract basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for proactively reaching out to candidates on our behalf, helping us build the team that will drive Onyx Odds forward. This is an hourly position compensated at $70/hour.ResponsibilitiesSource and identify qualified candidates through various channelsConduct outreach to potential candidates on behalf of Onyx OddsManage candidate communications and schedulingMaintain organized records of candidate pipelines and outreach effortsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profilesQualifications Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisitionStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with candidate sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)Highly organized with excellent attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyCompensationRate: $50/hourType: Contract (1099)This role can be fully remoteMust be able to start immediately.
