What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Lead as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives, and system demos
• Coach teams on Scrum and SAFe practices to foster self-organization and process maturity
• Identify, escalate, and resolve impediments affecting delivery timelines
• Perform technical and functional analysis of business requirements, APIs, workflows, and data integrations
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine and prioritize product backlogs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Analyst, or in Agile delivery roles supporting technical teams
• Proven success in facilitating Agile teams within SAFe and Lean environments
• Strong technical and process analysis skills, with experience in APIs, data flows, cloud architectures, and microservices
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile lifecycle tools
• Prior experience working with distributed and matrixed teams
