Important to reinforce that this is a success-based freelancing role, paid by closed jobs.The job is for you if...You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter speaks Portuguese and English.You speak fluent English and Portuguese. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.You have a growth mindset. You are also contributing to building ambi.careers from the beginning, so new opportunities could appear in the mid-term.You are fine working as a freelance contractor. Yes, no fixed salary, no benefits, no full-time employment for the moment. You take the risk as we do, and we all get paid based on the placements.
