The Job
The IOS Developer will be working with our IT Department. This is a key function for the group. You will be guided and supported by our dev group leader.
Manage in Swift and SwiftUI.Manage the full technical life-cycle of iOS applications during the development phase.Collaborate with team members and provide technical insight as needed.Perform individual project components within the entire development life cycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Other duties assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
Has good knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI4+ years of Experience working with native iOS Development and with different iOS variationsDeep understanding of Apple design principles and interface guidelinesDeep understanding of iOS/Swift memory managementStrong knowledge of iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practicesUnderstanding of SOLID principlesClean coding style with smokie testsUnderstanding of RESTful APIs and how to connect iOS applications to back-end servicesUnderstanding of different security aspects (encryption, API protection, SSH, etc.)Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningFamiliarity with Crashlitics and other Firebase servicesFamiliarity with cloud message APIs and push notificationsFamiliarity with continuous integrationProficient understanding of code versioning tools. Understanding of Git branching models such as Git Flow and comfortable doing code reviews. Xcode Cloud CI/CDStrong problem-solving skills, creativity, and appetite to learn.Able to work and deliver under pressure and within deadlines.Enjoy and thrive in a fast-moving start-up environment.
