Team Member, Dynamic Skills Lab (HYBRID)

They are seeking a team member for the Dynamic Skills Lab team to develop content and execute skill development programs focused on leadership, business acumen, and New Ways of Working (NWOW) skills. Responsibilities Develop content and curricula aligned to leadership development, business acumen, and NWOW skills Partner with stakeholders to problem-solve and design data-driven solutions Work independently and collaboratively in an ambiguous environment Focus on outcomes and drive employee development with proprietary intellectual property Skills BA / BS required 0-2 years of financial services, insurance or consulting experience 0-2 years working in an agile culture (i.e., working in sprints, iterative development, etc.) Grasp of Equitable business model (e.g., how Equitable makes money, different Equitable business lines and products, distribution channels, etc.) Basic knowledge of economics, finance, business management and statistics Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex topics logically and succinctly Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment Reliable with excellent prioritization skills and a clear focus on results Self-starter and comfortable interacting up, down and across the organization Strategic problem-solving skills Benefits Medical Dental Vision A 401(k) plan Paid time off Company Overview Equitable provides consulting services to secure the financial well-being and retirement strategies for individuals and families.
