The role focuses on crafting compelling narratives and communication programs that help team members understand the company's strategy, products, and innovations, while simplifying complex ideas into engaging messages.ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic internal narrativesCraft compelling narratives and experiences that deepen team member understanding of HPE’s business strategy, product news, and innovation roadmap—always connecting the dots to our strategic prioritiesSimplify complex topics into clear, accessible, engaging messages for a global, multi‑level audiencePartner across businesses and functions to source stories and align messagingBuild experiences that strengthen engagement with technical communities and engineering audiences through new and experimental formats and channelsElevate HPE’s Storytelling CapabilitiesDevelop and support multi‑channel communication strategies that include intranet articles, scripts, message frameworks, videos, webcasts, and in-person eventsIdeate and experiment with channel formats and digital experiences, with a focus on interactivity and unconventional storytelling structuresSupport the creation of video content end-to-end, from planning and scripting, to production support, with potential to be an on-camera host or on-the-ground reporterEnsure clear, compelling, and consistent messaging aligned with HPE writing style guide and brandingUse metrics and data to refine content choices, channel approaches, and story formatsSkillsStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex topics into clear, accessible languageCuriosity and a growth mindset: self-starter who is eager to learn how things work and why they work.
