Team Manager Trainee

This is a remote position. Role Overview The Team Manager Trainee is an early-stage operations leadership role designed to build future Team Managers for BFG. This role focuses on execution, process management, KPI tracking, and workflow optimization within accounting, tax, and payroll services.
