Team Leader, Engineering – Conversion Rate Optimization
Job Description: • Lead a small team focused on Signup, Onboarding, and Premium. • Support engineers in their growth, providing feedback and guidance on architecture. • Own the delivery of your team’s work. • Support a broad cross-functional team to adapt our onboarding experiences. • Work with Product and Design to optimize user delight and business impact. Requirements: • You have 2+ years of experience working on large-scale distributed systems. • You have 1 or more years of experience leading a team of engineers. • You can tailor your management style to suit your team members. • You understand observability and enjoy digging into the details to solve performance and user experience issues. • You thrive in a growing organization and are not afraid of a challenging problem.
