Team Leader

We are looking for a team leader who is passionate about helping our customers while leading their team to success.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of management experience, preferably in a retail setting. They must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Additionally, they must be able to lead a team by example and motivate them with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for their work.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of employees while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies that improve customer service and team performance.
Monitor team performance and ensure goals are met.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for work.
Provide ongoing training and development for team members.
Create a safe and positive work environment for team members.
Foster collaboration amongst team members.
Communicate with upper management and other store departments.
Handle customer complaints and disputes.
Stay up to date on store policies and procedures.
