As a seasoned leader, you'll be responsible for driving excellence in customer service, fostering a culture of quality, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional results. **About the Role** As a Team Lead, Customer Service at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Measuring and monitoring staffing levels to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency * Assigning duties and responsibilities to team members to promote quality and productivity * Preparing, analyzing, and providing daily, weekly, and monthly productivity metrics to inform business decisions * Developing and coaching team members in skills and processes to promote quality and excellence * Establishing and implementing departmental initiatives to drive business growth and improvement * Completing performance evaluations, tracking time and attendance, and troubleshooting issues with client concerns * Training and educating staff on all necessary computer systems and new process changes * Exhibiting a professional and positive disposition with a patient-centric focus **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED * Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare call center environment * Minimum 1 year in a Team Lead or above role in a healthcare call center * Established experience working with hospital billing within a call center environment * Strong leadership and coaching skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare administration) * Experience with revenue cycle management software and systems * Certification in a related field (e.g., customer service, healthcare management) **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: * Base pay range: $17.39 - $25.51 per hour * Individual pay determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development **Company Culture and Values** At arenaflex, we're dedicated to creating a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
