Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-leading online school with students in more than 30 countries and a teaching staff drawn predominantly from New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. What you'll actually do
You'll be the person who lifts teaching from good to exceptional. That means getting into virtual classrooms — observing, reviewing online assessment, scrutinising student work — and giving feedback that genuinely helps teachers grow. You'll partner with Heads of Department to sharpen schemes of work, onboard new staff into our instructional model, and design professional development that sticks.
You'll turn data into action: using learning analytics to spot students who need support or stretch, then working with teachers to intervene early and build real independence and resilience in every learner. And you'll help carry CGA's teaching vision across campuses — sharing what works, learning from colleagues, and feeding insights back to senior leadership to shape the bigger picture.
