Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher's Aide to support our educators in creating a nurturing and effective learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will assist in classroom management, provide individualized support to students, and contribute to the overall educational experience. This role is essential in fostering a positive atmosphere conducive to learning and development.

Responsibilities
? Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum development.
? Support classroom management by maintaining a structured environment.
? Provide individualized attention to students, particularly those with special needs or disabilities.
? Help with behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among students.
? Engage with children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
? Facilitate small group activities, including math and other subject areas.
? Assist with lesson planning and preparation of instructional materials.
? Support the care of toddlers and younger children as needed, following appropriate guidelines.
? Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Experience
? Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
? Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
? Knowledge of Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is beneficial.
? Skills in behavior management and classroom organization are essential.
? Previous experience in curriculum development or lesson planning is advantageous.
? A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment are crucial for success in this role.
