TBS Sales Planning Analyst

The Sales Planning Analyst will manage and optimize supply and in-store conditions for retail locations in Ontario, collaborating with sales and distribution teams to achieve financial and volumetric targets while unlocking growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesWork with fellow Sales team members, supply planning, demand planning and customer contacts to delivery district sales and share performance targetsLeverage business intelligence, customer programming and promotional plans to optimize customer ordering and stock levelsEmploy advanced analytics, modelling and regression techniques to optimize sales in a regulated, constraint driven sales environmentDevelop insights & recommendations to improve sales performance in collaboration with sales, revenue management and customer investment teamsSkillsUniversity Degree in Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance1-5 years of previous work experience in Advanced Analytics, Sales, Customer Service or Distribution and Logistics ExperienceSuperior excel modelling skillsKnowledge and understanding of predictive modelling, computer programming, big data/AI principles, tools & technologiesCreative thinker, who is constantly finding new ways to solve complex & ambiguous problemsEffective communicator, cross functional partner, skilled at relationship buildingFlexible team players who maintain a positive mindset in the face of uncertaintyExcellent analytical thinking skills.
