What You’ll Do
• Prepare individual tax returns (training provided)
• Assist clients via phone, text, or video call — all from home
• Complete free estimates & gather documents
• Deliver accurate, compliant tax prep
• Maintain communication with your Team Lead
• Attend weekly virtual training & updates
• Use our company software from your laptop/tablet/phone
• Provide excellent customer service

• Must attend onboarding & virtual training
