Position Overview

We're seeking a dedicated P/T tax preparer with strong California tax expertise. While our tax volume is manageable, we prioritize exceptional client service and attention to detail. Required Qualifications
• EA or CPA certification (active and in good standing)
• 3-5 years of tax preparation experience
• Strong knowledge of California tax laws and regulations
• Extensive experience with individual and business tax returns
• Proven track record of excellent client service
• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting applications (QBO, Proconnect, Karbon)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with remote work environments
• Knowledge of current tax technology trends
• History of maintaining client relationships
• Background in paperless tax preparation
