What You’ll Do • Prepare accurate federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses • Review financial documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations • Help clients maximize deductions, credits, and savings opportunities • Communicate clearly with clients to collect necessary information and answer questions • Stay updated on tax law changes and industry standards • Maintain organized records of client files and interactions What We Provide • Comprehensive training program (no experience necessary) • Professional tax software and software training • Placement with an experienced ERO for support during tax season • Commission-based income — earn $300–$1500/day (based on performance) • In-season cash advances available • Access to professional tax software and client management tools • Flyers, marketing materials, and mentorship to help you grow your client base • Tax law updates + unlimited practice returns • Due diligence training for compliance and accuracy • 50/50 Split • Paid Weekly • Work remotely from anywhere • Certification of completion What’s Required • PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) — or willingness to obtain (we’ll guide you) • Laptop/desktop with reliable internet • Startup cost for training (flexible payment options available) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Willingness to learn, stay coachable, and remain committed to client success We're not looking for perfect.
