Tax - Manager International Tax Global Employer Services

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Tax Manager in our International Tax Global Employer Services team at RSM US.As a member of our team, you will work closely with multinational clients to provide strategic tax planning and compliance services, ensuring their global operations are in compliance with local and international tax laws. You will also have the opportunity to develop and mentor a team of tax professionals while staying up-to-date on the constantly evolving global tax landscape.To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in international tax, preferably in a public accounting or consulting firm. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a CPA or JD, are also required. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of international tax laws and regulations.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement tax strategies for clients.
Identify and address potential tax risks for clients.
Provide guidance and support to clients on tax-related issues.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate updates to clients and team members.
Utilize technology and tools to streamline and improve tax processes.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the tax services provided by the company.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and pursue potential business opportunities.
Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences to promote the company's tax services.
