This position is fully remote, based in the U.S.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide advanced specialized tax expertiseReview research findings, tax returns, and work papers; formulate conclusions consistent with firm policies and professional standards; determine implications and best course of action for the clientEnsure all tax advice is technically correct and properly documentedUnderstand the firms policies, procedures, and professional standardsDemonstrate strong communication skillsDedicate time to coaching and developing others through training, providing opportunities for them to succeedActively communicate the clients needs and facts to the appropriate team members to execute the workBuild relationships across industry service groups to ensure client service excellence through an integrated approachDevelop trust with clients and team membersManage the progression of quality deliverables on time, within scope, and within budget or realization goalQualifications:Must be motivated, able to multi-task, and organized; maintain a positive attitude; be cooperative and flexible about work assignments and in assisting other team membersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have a B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting (MST/MBA is a plus)CPA license5+ years of work experience; prior experience in the construction industry is a mustStrong technical skills in taxation
