Work closely with senior leadership, contribute to automation initiatives, and help shape scalable processes-all in a fully remote environment with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities + Manage tax compliance for funds and entities, including returns, K-1s, and withholding for foreign investors + Lead hedge fund-specific tax matters (blockers, UBTI, ECI, PFIC/QEF) + Partner with accounting and operations teams on recurring processes + Perform monthly ASC 740 assessments and PTET withholding reviews + Respond to investor inquiries and coordinate with advisors For fastest consideration, reach out to Michelle Espejo via email or LinkedIn. Requirements + 4-8 years hedge fund tax experience + Strong partnership tax knowledge and hands-on experience with relevant forms + Experience with U.S. and offshore fund structures + Advanced Excel skills and strong communication + Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field + Big 4 or asset management tax experience preferred Interested?
