Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer support, video, phone, and chat)
ā¢ Assisting customers with their tax returns.
ā¢ Ability to navigate multiple software applications and job aids to research and provide guidance on complex tax questions and preparing tax returns.
ā¢ Create an excellent customer experience using your tax experience and research capabilities.
ā¢ Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
ā¢ Responsible for documenting notes and interactions with customers.
ā¢ Training will be provided
ā¢ Roles Requires candidate to be on Camera with NO EXCEPTION
ā¢ This role will also require Typing and Chat support on an as needed basis
ā¢ Role will be held to meet multiple KPI standards on a weekly basis.
ā¢ You will be expected to maintain KPI standards to remain is good standing on your assignment
