Tax Analyst II – Tax and Financial Reporting

Tax and Financial Reporting Department highlights: · Small, close group focused on Financial Reporting · Open culture with emphasis on teaching. We help grow and support Texas Health Resources to be the strongest regional healthcare system in North Texas What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
• Prepares data for filing of required tax filings Forms 990 and 990T including all THR auxillaries.
• Prepares and is responsible for the preparation of required tax filings for Welfare Benefit Plans, Summary Annual Reports and other pension plan filings.
• Supports in the filings of the AHA surveys and charity care reporting
• Is responsible for gathering and organizing the due diligence information required for THR tax exempt bonds
• Is responsible for supplemental end of year information gathering and reporting end of year compensation to payroll
• Responsible for accurate Form W-9 and Texas Sales tax forms upon request from THR entities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Accounting or related field Req
• 3 Years Relevant work experience Req
• CPA - Certified Public Accountant Upon Hire Pref
