Tax Analyst

The Associate Tax Analyst/Tax Analyst will be a member of the Corporate Tax Team, responsible for preparing and reviewing federal and state income tax returns, assisting with quarterly tax provision calculations, and conducting tax research. Responsibilities Preparation/review of certain federal and state & local income tax returns and payments Assist with preparation of quarterly tax provision calculations Assist with preparation/review of Forms 5471 for controlled foreign corporations Draft initial responses for tax notices and audits Help maintain internal controls and supporting documentation for the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance Conduct tax research utilizing RIA, Checkpoint or other tax research tool Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management Skills Preparation/review of certain federal and state & local income tax returns and payments Assist with preparation of quarterly tax provision calculations Assist with preparation/review of Forms 5471 for controlled foreign corporations Draft initial responses for tax notices and audits Help maintain internal controls and supporting documentation for the Company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance Conduct tax research utilizing RIA, Checkpoint or other tax research tool Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management Strong computer skills, including but not limited to, Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP, tax preparation software, tax research software, etc One to two years tax or accounting experience (Internships would qualify for new graduates) Requires understanding of accounting and tax concepts Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Strong analytical thinker, high level of self-motivation and a team player Strong documentation and organizational skills Good communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently Knowledge of Oracle Cloud FCCS is a plus Knowledge of OneSource a plus Knowledge of Alteryx a plus Further Education a Plus Benefits Incentive plans Bonuses Health and welfare and/or other benefits Company Overview IQVIA provides analytics, compliance, and management solutions to the life sciences industry.
