Tax & Accounting Associate
Huber CPA, PC is searching for talented, bright, and motivated individuals with the highest level of personal integrity to join our team as a Tax & Accounting Associate. Associates play a key role in client engagements by establishing a personal and direct working relationship with clients. They complete bookkeeping, prepare Business and Individual tax returns, and provide guidance on a variety of tax issues for clients. This position will engage, maintain, and improve client relationships.

Financial Statement Understanding
Debit & Credit Understanding
Tax Law Knowledge
Preparation of Individual, Business, and Payroll Tax Returns
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Comfortable and Willing to Work in a Team Environment with Challenging Deadlines
Working Knowledge of QuickBooks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Flexibility to Adapt to Firm and Client Specific Practices
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of Two Years-Experience in Accounting and Tax Preparation.
CCH Axcess ProSystem Tax Software Experience a Plus
Willingness to obtain or EA Designation or CPA Certification
Additional Information:
Overtime Required February April
Overtime Possible August October
4 Day Weeks May July, November December
Position Not Eligible for Remote Work
Position starting at $20+ DOE
