About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and charismatic Executive Team Leader Human Resources to join our team in Manhattan Beach, CA. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll lead a team of HR Specialists and Group Leaders (where applicable) who are committed to supporting teams and leaders to build a sales force that is passionate about exceeding guest expectations and where teams love to work. You'll be responsible for driving all-out store sales, understanding your role in sales growth, and what your area and team contribute to and impact total store productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and create a help culture that focuses on the guest service experience, model, train, and mentor expectations to deliver the service standard
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, demonstrating inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
Drive all-out store sales, understand your role in sales growth, and what your area and team contribute to and impact total store productivity
Plan, lead, and follow up to organizational and operational change
Anticipate and recognize changes in unique store patterns
Know and assess the competition; leverage guest experiences and feedback to drive the business and be the destination of choice for our guests
Champion a culture where teams love to work and guests love to shop; recognize guest service behaviors and reward exceptional performance
Build teams that are committed to continuous learning through ongoing observations and coaching of guest service and sales behaviors
Show a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, demonstrating inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
Support the leadership team in ensuring impartial experiences, strengthening inclusion intelligence, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and belonging that embraces the contributions of all team members

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong business acumen
Ability to manage ambiguity, lead, and hold others accountable
Relate well with and collaborate with all levels of the organization
Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving, direction, financial and quantitative analysis
Learn and adapt to current technology needs
Manage accountability and prioritize tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in human resources or a related field
Experience in leading teams and managing conflict
Strong knowledge of government, state, and local business regulations
Skills in recruiting, selecting, and talent management of hourly team members and leaders
Ability to influence across levels and partners (e.g., hourly team members, senior leaders)
