Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of HR Specialists and Group Leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales growth
Develop and execute HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity, and promote a positive and respectful work environment
Drive sales growth by analyzing sales trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to increase sales
Develop and execute plans to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
