Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for your product, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals

Utilize data analysis, customer feedback, and market research to inform product decisions, drive business cases, and prioritize product development
Serve as the "voice of the product" to key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and the product team receives the necessary guidance and support
Foster a culture of open communication, encouraging the exchange of ideas and perspectives, and motivating others to achieve challenging objectives and high standards of performance
Cultivate a need for continuous improvement, leveraging resources to overcome obstacles, and collaborating with product teams across the organization to achieve shared goals

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of product management experience or comparable area experience, utilizing search, recommendations, or AI-powered products to build best-in-class e-commerce customer experiences
Proven experience driving collaboration across multiple teams to ensure alignment and focus on solving customer problems
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to analyze data to support assumptions, recommendations, and drive decision-making

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

A proven track record of building novel and engaging customer experiences informed by data from various sources (market research, A/B testing, customer research)
Demonstrated ability to form an ambiguous problem into a product vision, strategy, and learning plan to move a nascent product from zero to one
Exhibited leadership capability, self-motivated and organized, with the ability to pioneer and rapidly grow
A systems thinker with a passion for storytelling and product craftsmanship
