(between 9-6) • Language: English and Japanese • Visa Support: No ▶︎ Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Sourcer to support our recruiting team in finding, engaging, and onboarding top talent. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR or talent acquisition career who enjoys fast-paced, people-centered work. ▶︎ What will you do: • Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Post and update job listings on various platforms • Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to candidates as needed • Support onboarding logistics and document collection • Help organize recruitment events or career fairs • Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience • Perform general administrative support for the recruiting team ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Experience using ATS tools or HR software is a plus • Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn • Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (both verbal and written) Preferred Skills: • Prior experience in a recruiting or HR team • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms • Interest in a long-term career in talent acquisition or HR Apply tot his job
