Job Description We’re looking for a resourceful Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll help us identify and engage top technical talent across Europe, playing a key role in building the foundation of our hiring success. Responsibilities : Proactively source candidates for technical roles using multiple channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach and meaningful conversations about opportunities at Nagarro. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to align on profiles, sourcing strategies, and market insights. Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the Applicant Tracking System. Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives when needed. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, ideally for technical or engineering roles. Strong research and Boolean search skills; familiarity with professional networking and sourcing tools. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Curious about technology and motivated to learn about different roles and skill sets. Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
