Talent Sourcer - Remote
Our recruiting team is looking to add a dynamic Talent Sourcer to help keep up with hiring needs.
The Talent Sourcer will work closely with the System Pavers recruiting team and will be responsible for finding, filtering, qualifying, and presenting candidates to build a pipeline for assigned open positions. Will be encouraged to think of creative sourcing techniques to help target candidates. May assist with phone screens, setting up interviews, writing/presenting offer letters, and other duties as needed by the recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare & post jobs on the ATS (Ceridian Dayforce)
• Be the primary person with the Indeed/LI Recruiter seat
• Source resumes for all assigned high volume positions
• Upload resumes & candidate information into ATS upon response
• Maintain reports on progress of sourcing efforts
• Schedule interviews, assist with phone screens whenever necessary
Qualifications:
• Strong organization & time management skills
• Strong written/verbal communication
• Problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
• Minimum of 1 year sourcing experience – experience sourcing outside sales positions a plus
• Experience with an ATS system preferred
