Talent Sourcer / Recruiter (Remote – Construction & Engineering)
About PrimECS PrimECS is a U.S.-based civil construction and engineering company supporting infrastructure projects across the United States. We are building a high-performing remote team to support estimating, design, and project delivery. Role We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to identify, contact, and screen candidates for engineering, estimating, and construction support roles. This role is execution focused . You will be responsible for sourcing candidates daily and maintaining a consistent hiring pipeline. Responsibilities Source candidates daily from platforms Send 20–50 outreach messages per day Track candidate responses and manage pipeline Direct candidates to apply via BambooHR Conduct initial screening interviews Shortlist qualified candidates for final interviews Facilitate all other processes through hiring Requirements 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing (remote preferred) Strong written and verbal English Organized and process-driven Comfortable with high-volume outreach Experience hiring engineers or construction roles is a plus Ability to work in US EST business hours Access to a strong internet service Compensation & Benefits Competitive monthly pay (based on experience) Performance bonus per successful hire Long-term opportunity with growth
