WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define the ideal candidate profile • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, and others — exploring new ways to reach top talent • Track and analyze your sourcing results, experiment with new tools and approaches, and continuously refine your search strategy • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates, creating a strong and relevant talent pipeline for future needs WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU: • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing in IT, with experience working on both technical and back-office roles, and genuine interest in sourcing across any area • Proven experience handling challenging searches and developing effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role • Strong analytical skills — track and evaluate sourcing results using data, identify issues in the process, and take action to resolve or escalate them • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and creative search methods; staying up-to-date with new tools, trends, and best practices in sourcing • Excellent time management — prioritize tasks, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently • Skilled in writing clear, engaging, and personalized outreach messages that effectively connect with candidates • Sufficient English skills to communicate effectively with native speakers NICE-TO-HAVE: • Strong interest in IT, programming, and modern technologies • Background in technical or trading fields is a plus WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN OUR TEAM? • A chance to speak with the world-class specialists and provide them a brilliant interview experience • Possibility to use your great English while communicating in a multicultural team • You can work comfortably in our offices or remotely from anywhere in the world • Flexible schedule, 40 paid work days off • Great recruitment team and overall great corporate culture with ultra low turnover rate • Competitive base salary • Cool merch!
