The Talent Sourcer role focuses on proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates for job openings, particularly in the early stages of the recruitment process, while collaborating with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide regional support to Operations by sourcing, attracting, and driving top talent for current and future openings to gain competitive advantage and promote the company's growthCollaborate with Human Resources and hiring managers to identify staffing needsMonitor the assigned regionโs open positions daily to anticipate and predict staffing needs for each operation and line of business, while validating priority vacanciesCreate pipelines of candidates for critical skill areas by utilizing sourcing tools and methodologies to identify, attract and recruit quality talentDevelop relationships with leaders of referral sources including, but not limited to high schools, technical schools, colleges, universities, job training programs, workforce development resources, local community groups, professional associates, and internal employeesSupport social media initiatives in partnership with Corporate Communications to proactively develop a pool of qualified candidatesLeverage technology and external job boards to identify and engage passive candidatesPromote Company's commitment to diversity and inclusion in networking with community agencies, professional associations, education, institutions, and attending various events, and job fairs. Implement Talent Acquisition strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse candidatesEnsure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity CommissionSkillsMinimum High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in full-cycle recruitment or in talent sourcing for a for-profit organizationAble to work independently, as well as collaboratively; a team playerAbility to organize, plan and multi-task in a fast paced environmentEffective interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of businessProven ability to deliver creative solutions and ideas to address business needsStrong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to convey business needs and resultsProficient use of all Microsoft Office productsExcellent time management skills with ability to work independently, as well as with team membersPrevious experience using applicant tracking systems is advantageousUp to 25% depending on business needs (including overnight travel)Bachelor's degreeCompany OverviewBrightSpring Health Services provides clinical, nonclinical and pharmacy and other ancillary care services.
