Our programs are proven to reduce mental‑health–related absenteeism risk and improve daily functioning and wellbeing in the workplace.To continue scaling our global therapist network, we’re expanding our Talent Acquisition capacity with flexible, multilingual contractor support.Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Therapist Network (Contract)Remote • Flexible hours • On‑demand workloadThis is a Talent Acquisition role dedicated to identifying, assessing, and activating therapist contractors for our global network.You’ll review applications, manage therapist candidates through our recruitment funnel, and oversee their digital onboarding and training — all asynchronously, all inside our internal platforms, and without direct candidate interaction.What You’ll Do1. Therapist Recruitment & ScreeningReview applications from licensed psychologists and mental health professionalsAssess qualifications (licensure, clinical experience, languages, compliance) based on predefined criteriaTag, organize, and manage candidates in the ATSMake advancement decisions through the TA funnelCurate therapist talent pools in multiple geographies2. Digital Onboarding ManagementTrigger onboarding steps inside the ifeel appVerify documents, licenses, identity validation, and professional informationTrack progress and update statuses at each onboarding stageEnsure all compliance requirements are met3. Training ActivationAssign mandatory online training modulesMonitor therapist progressConfirm all criteria are completed prior to network activationFlag issues to the TA Lead as needed
