What you will be working on/responsible for β’ Lead 2-4 active searches per month, primarily supporting GTM and G&A function β’ Directly partner with GTM and G&A hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies β’ Source qualified candidates for assigned roles through a wide variety of channels and manage the end to end talent acquisition process β’ Effectively evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine search strategy β’ Implement and optimize structured interviewing processes to ensure a fair, data-driven hiring experience β’ Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and a strong employer brand β
Experience we expect you to bring to the role β’ 2-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, in agency or fast paced in-house recruitment team β’ Experience hiring for tech startups across Series A-D β’ Exceptional sourcing skills, market mapping skills and experience in effective outreach targeting passive candidates β’ Full-cycle recruiting experience required: ability to source candidates, manage interview process and conduct offer negotiations through close β’ Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional IC-level GTM, Product and G&A talent β’ Experience quickly understanding new roles and working with managers on effectively establishing a scorecard β’ Excellent planning, organization and time management skills β’ Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style β’ Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable experience to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment Values we hold in LocalStack β’ Care: we create with compassion.
